The Certificate IV of Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking) is a comprehensive course suitable for the professional development of mortgage brokers and originators. Once you have successfully completed this course you will have fulfilled the educational requirements to become a mortgage or finance broker and to obtain Accredited Mortgage Consultant Status with the MFAA.

Our Certificate IV course provides you with a balance of theoretical knowledge and industry-based case studies. You will develop practical skills which can be immediately applied to the industry to produce results within the marketplace. • You are considering buying a mortgage franchise and would like to know more about the industry before you commit.
