Are you an experienced broker that requires
Certificate IV or Diploma through recognition of your experience - RPL?

Now available a simple and straight forward system for experienced brokers to gain the Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking FNS40815 and the Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management FNS50315 through recognition of prior learning and experience - RPL.

We understand that through your experience as a mortgage or finance broker that you have the required knowledge and skills to achieve Certificate IV and / or Diploma recognition.

You probably also are too busy to take time out of your business to attend a course so we have developed this recognition of prior (learning) experience Certificate process RPL.

Experienced brokers who have two or more years of mortgage broking experience can simply submit the simple requirements and through their experiences on the job to gain the Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking - FNS40815 through this RPL process. Those with two or more years experience in commercial broking can gain a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management - FNS50311 through Recognition of Prior Learning also.

The process is just 4 simple steps:

  1. Print the Checklist and have it completed by a peer or superior.

  2. Provide a CV showing your experience in the industry, specifically involving mortgage lending. This must be verified by a peer or superior.

  3. Include a portfolio containing evidence of work history, training, skills and knowledge to be assessed against the competencies as outlined in the Checklist.

  4. Submit a case study of a complete loan application including your file notes, follow ups, etc.

  5. For the Diploma RPL: You must also fill out a competency checklist indicating how you fulfill the competencies of the course
